I am fully insured to provide freelance equestrian work in the UK
As well as Teaching, I offer freelance yard cover and show assistance. My rate is £15.00 per hour (plus fuel) with a minimum charge per location of one hour. This charge may be shared between multiple horses and owners on the same site.
Fuel is charged at 15.5p per mile from Oxford. I will travel a maximum of 15 miles radius / ‘as the crow flies’ out from Oxford for yard cover, and a maximum of 60 minutes driving time for show assistance. Fuel is calculated based on the driving distance.
Yard Services offered:
- Bringing in / turning out
- Preparation of feeds
- Rug changes
- Feeding (stabled or in field)
- Mucking out (any bed type)
- Giving any medication required
- Picking out feet / hoof care
- Brushing off
- Tack cleaning
- General yard tidying
