Dresses & Robes

Dresses are not just for girls, and robes are not just for monks. This section covers everything with flounce and sleeves, and things in between. Relevant underpinnings for each dress will be listed in this section or given as links to resource sites.
If you have a specific cosplay character in mind please send me as many references as you can when you email in, so I can best replicate the details of the original.

“Ezraphel” Elegant Gown

This dress has a full circular four-panel skirt in cream cotton and gold silk that is tightly gathered at the waistline and fastens at the back with ribbon. Over this is the overdress made of black, heavily embroidered silk and has a hand embroidered front panel. It fastens by lacing up the back.

The dress is so full on its own that it doesn’t need a petticoat to hold it out. It comes with pocket slits (or dagger scabbard access, whichever you prefer to use it for). The sleeves are three-quarter length and end with a spray of edged black chiffon and black ribbon to hold the sleeve cuffs back.

This dress was made mostly of pure silk and the price reflects ‘standard’ fabrics. Please enquire for a quote if you wish to have this item made in silk.

Price: £175-200
